We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information
and privacy. We follow the principles of legality and compliance,
minimum necessity, openness and transparency, security, and reliability
when protecting your data security and privacy. We have prepared this
Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to help you understand how we collect,
use, transmit, store, and protect your personal information, and how you
may exercise your related rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to the products and services, and their
extended functions, provided by Mianchi Tianxin Technology Co., Ltd.
("we", "us", or "our") under "甜心大屏" (English name: TXBoard),
including mobile applications, web services, and new forms of products
or services that may appear as technology develops. By agreeing to this
Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you understand the basic and
non-basic functions provided by TXBoard, and agree that we may process
personal information necessary to ensure the normal operation of the
basic functions. For information that is not necessary but relates to
extended functions, we will separately inform you and obtain the
corresponding authorization according to the specific scenario.
1. Types of Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Basic Necessary Information for Using TXBoard
In accordance with laws and regulations, we do not collect personal
information unrelated to providing services to you or unrelated to your
use of TXBoard. We follow the principles of legality, legitimacy,
necessity, and good faith, and only collect personal information that is
necessary or relevant to implementing product functions.
The current version of TXBoard does not provide user registration,
mobile phone login, WeChat login, Apple login, or any other user account
function. Therefore, we do not collect your mobile phone number,
verification code, account password, third-party account identifier,
nickname, avatar, or other account profile information based on a login
or account system. If a future version adds user login or account
functions, we will update this Policy before the function is launched
and, where necessary, obtain your separate authorization and consent.
Local settings and display content: TXBoard is mainly used to display
time, weather, calendars, anniversaries, countdowns, background images,
and similar information. The city, weather preferences, display layout,
theme, background, anniversaries, countdowns, and other settings that
you configure in the app are usually stored locally on your device and
are used to restore and display your dashboard page.
Weather and location-related information: When you use weather
functions, we may query weather data based on a city you manually select
or location-related information that you authorize us to use. If you
deny location permission, you may still use some weather functions by
manually selecting a city. The specific available functions are subject
to the actual functions provided in the app.
Operation and security information: To provide and improve the services
you need, we may collect relevant operation and security log information
generated when you use the services, including your
IP address, device model, operating system version, app version,
language, network status, and necessary access logs. This information is used for version checks, troubleshooting, service
security, compatibility optimization, and product stability improvement.
App version information: TXBoard may request the current version status
from our version management service in order to provide upgrade prompts,
mandatory upgrade prompts, or compatibility notices. This process may
involve necessary information such as the app name, app version, build
number, device system type, and network request logs.
1.2 Information Collected by Third Parties
When you use TXBoard-related functions, we may receive information
from third-party partners that is returned to us in accordance with your
authorization or their service rules, and we may integrate and use such
information with information we collect ourselves, provided that this
complies with laws, regulations, and this Policy.
The current version does not provide third-party account login or account
linking functions. If a future version adds WeChat, Apple, or other
third-party login capabilities, we will update this Policy before the
function is launched and explain the specific scope of information
processed.
We do not sell or rent any of your personal information for third-party
marketing purposes. We will only share relevant information in accordance
with law when we have obtained your prior consent or authorization, when
sharing with affiliates as permitted by law, when required by laws,
regulations, or competent authorities, or when necessary to protect the
legitimate rights and interests of the platform, users, and relevant
parties.

Description of Other Third-Party Services That May Be Used:
The following description applies to scenarios where we enable relevant
capabilities on corresponding platforms, device environments, or function
versions. If a relevant function is not enabled in the version you are
currently using, the corresponding personal information will not be
processed based on that function.
The current version of TXBoard does not provide user login. Therefore,
it does not process your account identity information based on SMS
verification codes, WeChat login, Apple login, or account linking. If a
future version adds relevant functions, we will update this Policy based
on the actual processing and fulfill the corresponding notification
obligations.
1. If you use functions such as weather, location, system reminders,
background image selection, or ad display, the system or third-party
services may request permissions such as location, notifications,
photos, network access, and advertising identifiers according to function
needs. You may manage relevant permissions through system settings.
Turning off some permissions may affect the use of corresponding
functions, but will not affect other basic display functions.
2. How We Use the Collected Information
2.1 Maintaining a Complete and Secure TXBoard Service Environment
We will use, store, and process your information (including personal
information) within the scope necessary to achieve service purposes,
including providing dashboard display, weather queries, calendar and
reminder functions, background management, version checks, ad display,
product experience optimization, troubleshooting, system and service
security, and fulfilling our legal obligations.
We will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information
from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss.
For example, we adopt encryption, protection, and monitoring measures at
the technical level, and improve employees' awareness of security and
privacy protection through systems and training at the management level.
However, please understand that no security measure can be absolutely
risk-free.
The above processing is based on our compliance with applicable laws,
performance of service agreements with you, fraud and risk prevention,
improvement of service quality, and legitimate needs to maintain the
secure and stable operation of the platform.
3. Disclosure of Collected Information
3.1 Permission and Authorization
We may share your personal information with other parties in accordance
with your instructions at the time of consent after obtaining your prior
consent. The current version of TXBoard does not provide public content
posting or social interaction functions.
3.2 Security Incident Handling
The internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will make every effort
to ensure the security of any personal information you send to us. In the
unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will
notify you in a timely manner in accordance with laws and regulations of
the basic situation and possible impact of the incident, the measures we
have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and
reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you of the
incident by email, letter, phone call, push notification, or one or more
other methods. Where it is difficult to notify personal information
subjects one by one, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and
effective manner. At the same time, we will actively report the handling of
personal information security incidents in accordance with regulatory
requirements.
3.3 Exceptions to Information Disclosure
In general, we will not transfer or publicly disclose your personal
information to any company, organization, or individual. However, to the
extent required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary, TX
Screen may disclose your information (including personal information) to
courts, law enforcement authorities, government authorities, or authorized
third parties, and may do so without obtaining your authorization or
consent: (1) to comply with legal obligations; (2) to comply with legal
procedures and respond to claims brought against TXBoard; (3) to respond
to verified relevant requests in connection with criminal investigations,
allegations, suspected illegal activities, or any other activities that may
expose us, you, or any other user to legal liability; (4) to enforce or
manage our terms of service or other agreements with users; (5) to protect
the rights, property, or personal safety of TXBoard, its employees,
users, or the public; (6) where necessary to respond to public health
emergencies, or in emergency situations to protect the life, health, and
property safety of natural persons; or to process your personal
information within a reasonable scope for public interest activities such
as news reporting and public opinion supervision. Where appropriate, we
will attempt to notify users, unless notice is prohibited by legal
procedure, court orders we receive, or applicable law. If we did not send
notice due to the above legal requirements, and we later determine in good
faith that such notice is no longer legally prohibited, we will attempt to
notify users of the relevant request afterwards. To comply with our legal
obligations, protect the vital interests of you or others, or serve our or
third parties' legitimate interests in maintaining TXBoard service
security, preventing harm or crime, exercising or defending legal rights,
or preventing damage, such disclosures may be necessary.
4. User Rights
To protect the security of your personal information, we strive to take
various reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative security
measures to protect your personal information from leakage, damage, or
loss. If you have any questions about TXBoard's processing of your
personal information, or if you wish to exercise your rights under law,
such as access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or account
cancellation for future versions, please contact us. You may contact us by
sending an email to service@tianxin.tech. Please note that we may ask you
to verify your identity before taking further action on your request. The
current version does not provide user account functions, so it does not
provide account profile editing, third-party account unlinking, or account
cancellation entry points. You may modify or delete local settings in the
app or system settings, or withdraw permissions such as location,
notifications, photos, or advertising identifiers through system permission
management. You have the right to request that we correct your inaccurate
or incomplete personal information. For information stored locally on your
device, you may also manage it through app settings, system settings,
clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. In certain jurisdictions,
applicable law may give you the right to request a copy of the personal
information we hold about you. You may also have the right to request a
copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured,
commonly used, machine-readable format, and/or request that we transmit
such information to another service provider where technically feasible.
5. Data Retention, Transfer, and Deletion
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to
achieve the service purpose according to the business scenario. If laws
or regulations impose mandatory retention requirements, we will extend
the retention period in accordance with law. The main display settings
in the current version are usually stored locally on your device, and
you may delete them through app settings, system settings, clearing app
data, or uninstalling the app.
For third-party services such as the Tencent Youlianghui / GDT
Advertising SDK, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, weather
services, and system platform capabilities, the data processed during
service provision may be
transmitted, stored, or processed according to their service networks
and privacy policies. Where cross-border provision of personal
information is involved, we will take necessary protective measures in
accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The current version does not provide user account functions, so there is
no account cancellation process. If you no longer wish to use TXBoard,
you may delete local app data or uninstall the app. Please note that, as
necessary to comply with laws and regulations, handle disputes, identify
fraud, and ensure platform security, we may still retain some necessary
logs within the scope permitted by law. Due to backup mechanisms, some
copies of information may not be completely deleted from backup systems
immediately.
If TXBoard undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset
transfer, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your personal information
may be transferred as part of the transaction. In such cases, we will
take reasonable measures within the scope required by law and notify you
of such changes where appropriate.
6. Account and Login Functions
The current version of TXBoard does not provide user login,
registration, account profiles, third-party account binding, or account
cancellation functions. If a future version adds user login or account
functions, we will update this Policy accordingly, explain the rules for
collecting, using, storing, canceling, and deleting account information,
and provide corresponding user rights entry points in accordance with
law.
7. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated
To provide you with better services and continuously improve our products
as our business develops, this Policy may be updated from time to time.
However, without your explicit consent, we will not materially reduce the
lawful rights you are entitled to under this Policy. After the Policy is
updated, we will explain the update through website announcements, page
prompts, or other appropriate methods. Please also check the latest
version in a timely manner.
8. Applicable Law
The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplementation,
termination, performance, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy
shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where
there are no relevant legal provisions, general international business
practices and/or industry practices shall be referenced. If any provision
of this Privacy Policy is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that
provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy. Any
dispute or controversy arising from this Privacy Policy shall first be
resolved through friendly negotiation between the platform and you. If no
agreement is reached within 60 days from the date the dispute arises,
either party may submit the dispute to the Mianchi Arbitration Commission
for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect.
The language of arbitration shall be Chinese. The arbitral tribunal shall
consist of three (3) arbitrators. Each disputing party shall have the
right to appoint one (1) arbitrator, and the third arbitrator, who shall
serve as the presiding arbitrator, shall be selected by the two
arbitrators appointed by the parties. The arbitral award shall be final
and binding on all parties.
