We will take reasonable preventive measures to protect your personal

level we enhance employees' awareness of security and privacy protection
through systems and training. However, please understand that no
security measure can be absolutely risk-free.
The above processing activities are based on our legitimate need to
comply with applicable laws, fulfill our service agreement with you,
prevent fraud and risks, improve service quality, and maintain the safe
and stable operation of the platform.
3. Disclosure of Collected Information
3.1 Permission and Authorization
We may share your personal information with other parties in accordance
with your instructions at the time of consent after obtaining your prior
consent.
Please note that because other platform users may view information you
publicly post, if the information you post contains another person's
personal information, especially sensitive personal information, please
obtain that person's separate consent before posting.
3.2 Security Incident Handling
The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to
ensure the security of any personal information you send to us. In the
unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in
accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform
you of: the basic circumstances and possible impact of the security
incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions you may
independently take to prevent and reduce risks, remedial measures for you,
and so on. We will promptly notify you of the relevant circumstances by
one or more means such as email, letter, telephone, or push notification.
If it is difficult to notify each affected individual one by one, we will
adopt reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement.
Meanwhile, we will also proactively report the handling of personal
information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
3.4 Exceptions to Information Disclosure
In general, we will not transfer or publicly disclose your personal
information to any company, organization, or individual. However, to the
extent required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary, Sweet
Reading may disclose your information (including personal information) to

verified requests relating to criminal investigations, alleged or
suspected illegal activities, or any other activities that may expose us,
you, or any other user to legal liability; (4) to enforce or administer
our Terms of Service, payment terms, or other agreements with members;
(5) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Sweet Reading,
its employees, users, or the public; (6) where necessary to respond to
public health emergencies, or in emergency circumstances to protect the
life, health, and property safety of natural persons; and to process your
personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting, public
opinion supervision, and other acts carried out in the public interest.
Where appropriate, we will attempt to notify users unless notification is
impossible because legal process, a court order we receive, or applicable
law prohibits such notice. Where we have not provided notice because of
the above legal requirements, if we in good faith determine that the law
no longer prohibits us from doing so, we will attempt to notify users
afterward of the relevant request.
Sweet Reading may need to share your information (including personal
information) to ensure the full performance of the contract between us and
you. Such disclosures may also be necessary to comply with our legal

misuse of your Sweet Reading account occurs, please contact us. You may do
so by sending an email to service@tianxin.tech. Please note that before
taking further action on your request, we may ask you to verify your

You may access and update some personal information through account
settings, such as your nickname and avatar. If you have chosen to link

you may also manage the relevant linking status within the scope supported
by the feature. You are responsible for updating your personal information
in a timely manner.
You have the right to request that we correct your inaccurate or
incomplete personal information.
In certain jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request a
copy of the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the
right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a
structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request that
we transmit such information to another service provider (where
technically feasible).
5. Data Retention, Transfer, and Deletion
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to
achieve the purposes of the service according to business scenarios. If
laws or regulations impose mandatory retention requirements, we will
extend the retention period accordingly. Your account information and
principal business data are generally managed by services under our
control.
For third-party services such as Cloudflare Turnstile, WeChat Login, and
Apple Login, data processed during the provision of such services may be
transferred, stored, or processed outside your jurisdiction in
accordance with their service networks and privacy policies. Where the
cross-border provision of personal information is involved, we will take
necessary protective measures as required by applicable law.
If you no longer wish us to continue providing services to you, you may
request the deletion of your personal information and close your Sweet
Reading account. Please note that, in order to comply with laws and
regulations, tax and audit obligations, dispute handling, fraud
detection, prevention of repeated account abuse, and protection of
platform security, we may still retain some necessary information within
the scope permitted by law. In addition, due to backup mechanisms, some
copies of information may not be completely removed from backup systems
immediately.
If Sweet Reading undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset
transfer, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your personal information
may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such circumstances,
we will take reasonable measures as required by law and notify you of
such changes where appropriate.
6. Account Deletion
The current version supports initiating account deletion within the app.
You may enter the "Delete Account" flow from the profile editing page in
the app. After completing necessary identity verification and security
verification, we will delete the personal profile information directly
associated with that account and related in-app data (such as favorites
and other user behavior data). Once deleted, such information is
generally not recoverable. If you later use the same login method to
enter the app again, the system may create a brand-new account for you,
but content associated with the old account cannot be retrieved.
Please note that information you previously and voluntarily shared with
others or displayed publicly (such as ratings, comments, or other public
interactive content) may continue to be displayed on the platform after
your account is deleted, but account attribution information associated
with such content will be removed or de-identified. In addition, in
order to fulfill legal obligations, handle disputes, ensure security,
prevent fraud, and retain necessary audit logs, we may keep copies of
certain information (such as login records) in our database, but we
will separate such information from personal identifiers that can
directly identify you within a reasonable scope.
7. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated
In order to provide you with better services and continuously improve
our products as our business develops, this Policy may be updated from
time to time. However, without your explicit consent, we will not
materially reduce your lawful rights under this Policy. After the Policy
is updated, we will explain the updates to you through website notices,
page prompts, or other appropriate means. We also encourage you to stay
informed of the latest version.
8. Applicable Law
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplementation,
termination, performance, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy
shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where
the law contains no relevant provisions, generally accepted
international commercial practices and/or industry practices shall
apply. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is deemed repealed,
invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining
provisions of this Privacy Policy. Any dispute or controversy arising
from this Privacy Policy shall first be resolved through friendly
consultation between the platform and you. If no agreement is reached
within 60 days from the date the dispute arises, either party may submit
the dispute to the Mianchi Arbitration Commission for arbitration in
accordance with the arbitration rules in force at that time. The
arbitration language shall be Chinese. The arbitral tribunal shall
consist of three (3) arbitrators. Each party to the dispute shall have
the right to appoint one (1) arbitrator, and the third arbitrator, who
shall act as the presiding arbitrator, shall be jointly selected by the
two arbitrators appointed by the parties. The arbitral award shall be
final and binding on all parties.
